Service Term: 2 years

II. Tender Content

The scope of this tender encompasses all of the Company’s litigation matters and dispute-related services, as well as legal advisory services. The types of business covered (which shall include, but are not limited to, the following) primarily involve domestic matters: disputes arising from accounts receivable under sales contracts; product quality disputes; labor dispute cases; disputes over payment for goods supplied; accidents involving vehicle delivery; cases in which third parties assist in the execution of court orders; equity disputes; and other civil litigation and arbitration matters. Services will include providing legal analysis and argumentation, proposing solutions, issuing legal memoranda, participating in joint case reviews for complex and challenging litigation matters, and conducting court appearances and mediation proceedings as the Company’s litigation representative.

This project does not accept consortium bids.

III. Scope of Services

The tendering entity is the company and its subsidiary, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Kodiaq Machinery Co., Ltd.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. For domestic comprehensive law firms, the establishment period must be no less than 5 years (calculated from the date of bid opening). year(s), and possess professional qualifications approved by the relevant national industry regulatory authority;

2. More than 20 practicing lawyers;

3. Compliance with industry standards, honesty and integrity, diligence and accountability; no administrative penalties imposed in the past three years.

4. Other requirements for qualified bidders as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
