Our company is concerned with Interior Fit-Out Construction for Office Building Expansion Project A tender is being conducted, and your organization is hereby cordially invited to submit a bid. Should you accept this invitation, please follow the procedures and formalities set out below:

II. Tender Project and Construction Period: Interior fit-out works for the office building expansion project; Construction period: 30 days.

III. Scope and Content of the Tender: This tender covers the complete set of interior fit-out construction drawings (excluding furniture), as well as coordination with other specialized works and the preparation of acceptance documentation.

IV. Bidder Qualifications: Professional contracting qualification for architectural decoration and renovation projects at Level 3 or above (including Level 3).

V. Bidders participating in the tender must carefully read the entire contents of the Tender Documents to avoid any errors.

VI. Bidding documents must be submitted and a bid bond of RMB 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Yuan) paid no later than 14:30 on April 25, 2019; submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. The bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within three business days following the announcement of the tender results. VII. The bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on April 25, 2019, in Conference Room 309 of the Office Building of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., where the company will conduct on-site bid evaluation.

VIII. Time and Venue for Registration and Site Inspection: Bidders shall independently arrange to conduct a site inspection of the project site and its surrounding environment in order to obtain the necessary information required for preparing the bid documents and entering into the contract. All costs incurred in connection with the site inspection shall be borne by the bidders.
