Tender Notice:

In accordance with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant provisions, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Transport

Force Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. manufactures “Commercial Vehicles (including certain Class II chassis) for Road Transportation”

Compulsory traffic accident liability insurance, third-party liability insurance, vehicle damage insurance, glass insurance, and no-deductible insurance.

This project is being publicly tendered; qualified insurance companies are welcome to submit bids.

(2) Tender Project: Commercial Vehicles (including Class II Chassis) – Road Delivery of “Compulsory Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicle Traffic Accidents”

Insurance services including liability insurance, third-party liability insurance, vehicle damage insurance, glass insurance, and no-deductible coverage.

(3) Tendering Method: Open Tender

(4) Tender Scope: Commercial vehicles manufactured by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.

Vehicle (including Class II chassis) road transport is covered by insurance.

(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1. Complies with Article 25 and Article 26 of Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China.

Fixed.

2. Bidders shall be established with the approval of the insurance regulatory authority.

3. Registered within Liuzhou City, with strong financial strength and sound asset conditions. Has not been subject to insurance coverage during the year.

Subject to penalties by the risk supervision and management authority, with no major financial or fiscal violations. Possesses robust risk control capabilities.

Strong capabilities, solid operating performance, and a healthy business condition.

4. Bidders shall strictly comply with national laws and regulations, internal management standards, and stringent internal control systems.

Confidentiality: Strict operating procedures and confidentiality measures are in place.

1. Photocopies of the business licenses of the head office and its branches (with the official seal affixed)

2. Photocopy of the bidder’s tax registration certificate (with official seal)

3. A copy of the business license for insurance operations of the branch institution (with the official seal affixed)

4. Letter of Authorization for the Head of the Branch Office and Original Identity Card of the Authorized Representative (Form 4)

(9) Bid opening time: 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2019.

(10) Deadline for Submission of Bids: 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2019. Any bids delivered after the deadline or that do not comply with the regulations...
