Tender Notice

In accordance with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant regulations, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for an export freight forwarding project. Qualified freight forwarding agencies are invited to submit bids.

(4) Scope of Tender: Freight forwarding services, including export customs declaration and clearance, customs inspection, and border control inspection, for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.
(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. Complies with Article 25 and Article 26 of Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Freight forwarding entities registered within the territory of China, possessing independent legal personality, the capacity to independently assume civil liability, sound and effective management systems, and a registered capital of RMB 2 million or more.
(6) Registration and Bidding Period: 9:00 a.m. on March 31, 2023, to 5:00 p.m. on April 7, 2023 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., except on public holidays).
(7) Bidders shall, upon registration, bring the following documents: a copy of the business license, a copy of the legal representative’s identity card, the original power of attorney, and the original and a copy of the authorized representative’s identity card. One copy of each document must be provided, duly stamped with the official seal of the bidder.
