Tender Notice for the 2024 Commercial Vehicle Transportation Project

In accordance with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant regulations, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for commercial vehicle transportation services and cordially invites qualified carriers to submit bids.

(3) Bidding Method: Open Tendering

(4) Tender Scope: Road transportation of finished vehicles for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.

(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders 1. Must comply with Articles 25 and 26 of Chapter 3 of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China. 2. Must be a corporate entity registered in Liuzhou City, possessing independent legal personality, the capacity to independently assume civil liability, sound and effective management systems, a robust safety assurance system, and a registered capital of RMB 5 million or more.

(6) Registration and Bidding Period: From 9:00 a.m. on December 20, 2023, to 5:00 p.m. on December 29, 2023 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., except on public holidays).

(7) At the time of registration, bidders shall submit copies of their business license and road transport operating permit for goods, a copy of the legal representative’s identity card, the original power of attorney, and the original and a copy of the authorized representative’s identity card. One copy of each document must be provided, duly stamped with the official seal of the bidder.

(8) Place for issuing the tender documents: Sales Department of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (No. 12, Leye Road, Xinxing Industrial Park, Liujiang District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province)

(9) Bid Opening Time: 2:00 p.m. on January 10, 2024 (tentative).

(10) Bid Opening Location: Conference Room 309, 3rd Floor, Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., China National Heavy Duty Truck Group.
