5 . Product Requirements

( 1 ) Service Requirements: Sign an Annual Service Contract /Agreement to conduct prior-art searches on patent disclosure materials and provide value-added services such as patent drafting and patent retrieval.

( 2 ) Payment method: Based on the quarterly patent application processing handled by the agent, payment will be made in the month following receipt of the invoice. Pay in cash or comply with China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Kodiaq Machinery Co., Ltd. the relevant requirements.

( 3 ) Other business requirements: Implementation China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Kodiaq Machinery Co., Ltd. the relevant requirements in the procurement agreement or procurement contract.

6. Requirements for Responsibilities and Obligations:
