5 . Service Requirements

( 1 ) Service Requirements: Sign an Annual Service Contract /Agreement to conduct prior-art searches on patent disclosure materials and provide value-added services such as patent drafting and patent retrieval.

( 2 ) Payment terms: Based on the quarterly patent application processing handled by the agent, payment shall be made in cash upon receipt of the invoice in the following month or as otherwise agreed. 6. Requirements for Responsibilities and Obligations:
