II. Tender Content and requirements

1. Scope of the Tender: Maintenance and repair services for the following vehicles: Honda Odyssey (2015), Buick GL8 (2019), Volkswagen Passat (2018), JMC Pickup (2016, 2020, and 2021), Honda Accord (2016), Baojun 730 (2015), Volkswagen Jetta (2009), Dongfeng Pickup (2011), and Sinotruk Howo (2020).

3. Delivery and Payment:

3.1 Delivery:

III. Bidder Qualification Requirements

All prospective bidders must meet the following conditions and obtain approval from the tendering entity before being eligible to submit a bid for this project:

1. Bidders shall comply with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations; and shall be independently incorporated legal entities registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, possessing the capacity to independently assume civil liability.

2. Company Establishment Two More than one year (calculated as two full years from the date of business license issuance to the day of bid opening); registered capital of no less than 10 RMB 10,000, with a business scope that meets the requirements of the tender project;

3. Possess a good business reputation, with no administrative penalties, abnormal business operations, or untrustworthy records related to the tender project in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, or such records have already been removed; and have no record of misconduct in other tendering processes conducted by our company.

4. Bidders must be the ultimate winning bidder and enter into a contract; under no circumstances may they subcontract the awarded project to any other entity in any form.

5. Consortium bids are not accepted for this tender project.
