2019 Commercial Vehicle Road Transport Insurance Services Project

Tender Notice:

 

In accordance with the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant regulations, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for the “Compulsory Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident Liability Insurance, Third-Party Liability Insurance, Vehicle Damage Insurance, Glass Insurance, and No-Deductible Insurance” coverage for commercial vehicles (including certain Category II chassis) that it manufactures. Qualified insurance companies are invited to submit bids.

 

(1) Project Number: YL6-2019-M0002

 

(2) Tender Project: Road delivery of “Compulsory Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident Liability Insurance, Third-Party Liability Insurance, Vehicle Damage Insurance, and No-Deductible Endorsement” insurance services for commercial vehicles (including Class II chassis).

 

(3) Tendering Method: Open Tender

 

(4) Scope of the Tender: Insurance coverage for commercial vehicles (including Class II chassis) manufactured by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., for road transportation.

 

(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders

 

1. Complies with Article 25 and Article 26 of Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China.

 

2. Bidders shall be established with the approval of the insurance regulatory authority.

 

3. Registered in Liuzhou City, with strong financial strength and sound asset conditions. Has not been penalized by the insurance regulatory authority during the year and has no record of material violations of financial or fiscal laws and regulations. Possesses robust risk management capabilities, solid operating performance, and a favorable business condition.

 

4. Bidders shall strictly comply with national laws and regulations, maintain sound internal management practices, implement robust internal control systems, and establish stringent operating procedures and confidentiality measures.

 

(6) Registration Period: 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2018, to 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2018 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., except on public holidays).

 

(7) Registration Location: Sales Department, Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (No. 12, Leye Road, Xinxing Industrial Park, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province).

 

(8) The following documents shall be submitted upon registration:

 

1. Photocopies of the business licenses of the head office and its branches (with the official seal affixed)

 

2. Photocopy of the bidder’s tax registration certificate (with official seal affixed)

 

3. A copy of the business license for insurance operations of the branch institution (with the official seal affixed)

 

4. Letter of Authorization for the Head of the Branch Office and Original Identity Card of the Authorized Representative (Form 4)

 

(9) Bid opening time: 10:00 a.m. on December 10, 2018.

 

(10) Deadline for Submission of Bids: 5:00 p.m. on December 14, 2018. Any bid documents received after the deadline or not in compliance with the specified requirements will be rejected.

 

(11) Bid opening time: 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2018 (tentative).

 

(12) Bid Opening Location: Conference Room 309, 3rd Floor, Office Building of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.
