The entire vehicle features a three-dimensional structural design and finite-element analysis-based structural optimization, resulting in the most rational structural configuration. The tank body is entirely welded using automated welding processes, maximizing weld stability. All welding equipment is imported from Fronius, with 99.99% high-purity argon used as the shielding gas and imported Canadian Indco aluminum welding wire employed. A single-sided, double-sided forming tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process is utilized, achieving a non-destructive testing pass rate of over 99%. Furthermore, the complete vehicle has successfully obtained ADR certification—the world’s most stringent standard for European hazardous materials transport vehicles.
