The entire vehicle is designed using 3D modeling and finite-element analysis, with structural optimization applied throughout. The tank body is welded automatically using fully imported Fronius welding equipment, employing 99.99% high-purity argon as the shielding gas and imported aluminum welding wire. A single-sided, double-sided forming tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process is utilized to maximize weld stability, achieving a non-destructive testing pass rate of over 99%. Certain models have also obtained ADR certification, meeting European standards for the transport of dangerous goods.
