Wide variety of models: The Chenglong chassis series of fuel tankers includes models with aluminum alloy tanks as well as economical carbon steel tank models, both powered by Yuchai engines to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Optimized Design: The tank body features 3D design, finite element analysis, and structural optimization, resulting in a low vehicle center of gravity.
Advanced manufacturing processes: The aluminum alloy tank body is welded using fully imported Fronius automatic welding equipment, with 99.99% high-purity argon as the shielding gas and imported aluminum welding wire. The single-sided, double-sided forming tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process is employed to maximize weld stability, achieving a non-destructive testing pass rate of over 99%.
Premium Material Selection: High-quality aluminum alloy plates are used for the aluminum alloy components, while high-strength carbon steel plates are employed for the carbon steel parts, ensuring superior material quality. The system is equipped with European-standard loading and unloading oil systems and vapor recovery systems, delivering high reliability.
