In accordance with actual operational needs, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Transportation Capacity is currently soliciting bids from qualified organizations to provide non-destructive testing services, including welding inspection for atmospheric-pressure vessels and related components. Adhering to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, we welcome eligible organizations to submit their bids and quotations.

2. Project Name: Nondestructive Testing Services for Welding of Atmospheric Pressure Vessels and Components at China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special Vehicle Co., Ltd.

4. Project Scope: Nondestructive testing services for atmospheric-pressure vessels and their components, including ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and radiographic testing (RT), with the issuance of third-party-recognized test reports for each inspection. 
5. Project Duration: Three years from the date of contract execution. Prior to the contract’s expiration, provided that the annual budget permits and the performance assessment is satisfactory, the procurement contract may be renewed for a cumulative period not exceeding three years, with a maximum of two renewals, each for a one-year term. 
6. Project Requirements: Nondestructive testing services, including welding inspection, for atmospheric-pressure vessels and components at China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. The tenderer shall conduct an on-site inspection accompanied by personnel dispatched by the procuring entity, at the premises of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd., in order to carry out the inspection tasks specified for this project. 8. Bidders participating in the tender must carefully read the Instructions to Bidders and all other contents of the Tender Documents to avoid any errors. 
9. Time and method for obtaining the tender documents: From the date of publication of this announcement until the opening of bids, the contact person for inquiries shall obtain the tender documents. 
10. Submission of Bidding Documents 
10.1 Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 noon on March 31, 2026, together with a bid bond of RMB 5,000. The bid bond shall be remitted from the bidder’s primary bank account to the following account, with the remittance slip clearly indicating “Bid Bond for Nondestructive Testing Services, Including Welding of Atmospheric Pressure Vessels and Components, for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.” Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the bidder is unsuccessful, the full amount of the bid bond will be refunded without interest via the original payment channel. Upon successful award of the contract, the bid bond will no longer be refunded but will automatically be converted into a performance bond, which will be returned upon termination of the contract and completion of the after-sales service period, provided that quality assessments have been completed and all claims have been settled.
