(Summary description)
In accordance with the bidding law of the people's Republic of China and other relevant provisions, sinotruk Liuzhou Yunli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. will conduct public bidding for the compulsory liability insurance, third party liability insurance, vehicle damage insurance, glass insurance and non deductible insurance for road transport motor vehicles of commercial vehicles (including part of class II chassis). Eligible insurance companies are welcome to bid.

（2） Bidding project: commercial vehicle (including class II chassis) road transport "compulsory liability insurance for motor vehicle traffic accident, third party liability insurance, vehicle damage insurance, glass insurance, and deductible free" insurance service.
（3） Bidding method: public bidding
（4） Bidding content: road transportation of commercial vehicles (including class II chassis) produced by sinotruk Liuzhou Yunli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.
（5） Qualification requirements of the bidder
1. It complies with Article 25 and Article 26 of Chapter III of the bidding law of the people's Republic of China.
2. The bidder shall be established with the approval of the insurance regulatory authority.
3. Registered in Liuzhou City, it has strong capital strength and good assets. During the year, it was not punished by the insurance regulatory authority, and there were no major financial and financial violations. It has good risk control ability, good operating performance and good operating conditions.
4. The tenderer shall strictly comply with national laws and regulations, internal management specifications, strict internal control system, and strict operating procedures and confidentiality measures.
（6） Registration time: from 9:00 on December 3, 2018 to 17:00 on December 14, 2018 (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 14:00 p.m. - 17:00 p.m., except holidays).
（7） Registration place: Sales Department of SINOTRUK Liuzhou Yunli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (No. 12, Leye Road, Xinxing Industrial Park, Liuzhou, Guangxi).
（8） The following information shall be submitted when registering:
1. Copy of business license of the head office and branches (with official seal)
2. Copy of the bidder's tax registration certificate (with official seal)
3. Copy of insurance business license of the branch (with official seal)
4. Letter of authorization of the person in charge of the branch and original ID card of the authorized representative (format 4)
（9） Bidding start time: 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2018.
（10） Tender termination time: at 17:00 on December 19, 2018, tender documents that are late or fail to meet the requirements will not be accepted.
（11） Time of bid opening: 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2018 (tentative).
