2019 Commercial Vehicle Freight Tender Documents

In accordance with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant regulations, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for commercial vehicle transportation services. Qualified carriers are invited to submit bids.

(4) Tender Scope: Road transportation of finished vehicles for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.

 

(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders

 

1. Complies with Article 25 and Article 26 of Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China.

 

2. Enterprises registered within Liuzhou City that possess independent legal person status, the capacity to independently assume civil liability, sound and effective management systems, a robust safety assurance system, and a registered capital of RMB 2 million or more.

 

(6) Registration Period: 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2018, to 5:00 p.m. on December 14, 2018 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., except on public holidays).

 

(7) Bidding Period: December 17, 2018 – December 19, 2018.

 

(8) At the time of registration, bidders shall bring the original and a copy of their business license, the original and a copy of their road transport operating permit for goods, a copy of the legal representative’s identity card, the original power of attorney, and the original and a copy of the authorized representative’s identity card. One copy of each document must be provided, duly stamped with the official seal of the bidder.
