(3) Bidding Method: Open Tender

(4) Scope of Tender: Road transportation of finished vehicles for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.

(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders 1. Must comply with Articles 25 and 26 of Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China. 2. Must be registered in Liuzhou City, possess independent legal person status, have the capacity to independently assume civil liability, maintain sound and effective management systems, have a security assurance system, and have a registered capital of RMB 2 million or more (inclusive).

(6) Registration Period: From 9:00 a.m. on December 4, 2019, to 5:00 p.m. on December 11, 2019 (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., except on public holidays).

(7) Bidding Period: December 12, 2019 – December 19, 2019.

(8) Bidders shall bring the original copy of their business license and the original road transport operating permit for goods when registering.
