6. Submission of Bidding Documents

6.1 Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 noon on December 9, 2020, together with a bid bond of RMB 5,000. The bid bond shall be remitted from the bidder’s primary bank account to the following account, with the remark “Bid Bond for [Project Name]” clearly indicated on the remittance slip. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. The bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within five business days following the announcement of the tender results; the bid bond of the successful bidder will be converted into a performance bond.
