5. Submission of Bidding Documents

5.1 Submission Deadline: Limited to April 2022 25 12:00 AM Submit the “Bidding Documents” and pay RMB before the deadline. A bid bond of RMB 5,000 shall be submitted. The bid bond must be transferred from the bidder’s basic account to the following account, with the remark “Bid Bond for [Project Name]” clearly indicated on the remittance slip. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. The bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within five working days of the announcement of the tender results; the bid bond of the successful bidder will be converted into a performance bond.
