Our company is conducting an open tender for the maintenance and repair services of the plant’s air compressors. The tendering conditions are now met, and qualified potential bidders are invited to submit bids.

IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. Bidders shall comply with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations; and shall be independently incorporated legal entities registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, possessing the capacity to independently assume civil liability.
2. The bidder shall have been in business for at least three years (calculated from the date of issuance of its business license to the day of bid opening); the bidder’s approved business scope shall cover activities related to air compressor maintenance and other relevant services (the bidder shall submit supporting performance documentation at the time of registration, including at least five contracts executed since 2022); and the bidder must possess after-sales service capabilities for air compressors that can be verified upon inspection. In addition, the bidder shall provide a copy of the legal representative’s power of attorney and a copy of the authorized representative’s identification card, both bearing the official company seal; furthermore, the registered capital shall be no less than RMB 2 million.

VI. Obtaining Tender Documents
1. The deadline for obtaining the tender documents is 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2024.
2. Bidders must pay the bid bond before they are permitted to register for the tender and obtain the tender documents.
3. Bid Bond: Bidders shall pay a bid bond of RMB 5,000. The bid bond must be transferred from the bidder’s basic corporate account to the following account, with the remark “Air Compressor Maintenance Service Bid Bond” clearly indicated on the remittance slip. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. Upon completion of the tendering process, the bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 30 days of the announcement of the tender results; the bid bond of the successful bidder will be converted into a performance bond.
