• Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1 , in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China, Article Article 25, as stipulated in Article 26.

2 , registered in Liuzhou City, possessing independent legal person status, the capacity to independently assume civil liability, sound and effective management systems, a security assurance system, and a registered capital of RMB Enterprise entities with capital of RMB 5 million or more.
