Tender Notice:

In accordance with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant regulations, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. hereby announces an open tender for the following insurance products it underwrites: compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance, third-party liability insurance, and vehicle damage insurance for commercial vehicles (including certain Class II chassis), group personal accident insurance, and official vehicle insurance. Qualified insurance companies are invited to submit bids.

(1) Project Number: YL6-2025-M0003

(2) Tender Project: Commercial Vehicles (including Class II Chassis) Road Delivery Compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance, third-party liability insurance, and vehicle damage insurance, as well as group personal accident insurance and official vehicle insurance services.

(3) Bidding Method: Open Tendering

(4) Scope of the Tender: Underwriting of road transportation insurance, group personal accident insurance, and official vehicle insurance for commercial vehicles (including Class II chassis) manufactured by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.

(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1. Complies with Article 25 and Article 26 of Chapter 3 of the Bidding and Tendering Law of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Bidders shall be property insurance companies or their branches that possess independent civil capacity.

3. The institution has branch offices within Liuzhou City, enjoys strong financial strength and sound asset quality. During the year, it was not subject to any penalties by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, nor was it involved in any significant financial or fiscal violations. It demonstrates robust risk management capabilities, delivers solid operating performance, and maintains a favorable business condition.

4. Bidders shall strictly comply with national laws and regulations, internal management standards, and robust internal control systems, and shall maintain stringent operating procedures and confidentiality measures.

(6) Registration and Bidding Period: 2024 year 12 month 27 day 9:00 to 202 5 year As of 17:00 on January 13 (9:00 a.m. — 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM — 5:00 p.m., except on public holidays).

(7) Registration and Bidding Location: Party and Mass Work Department of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (Leye Road, Xinxing Industrial Park, Liujiang District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province) (on the 12th).

(8) The following materials shall be submitted upon registration:

  1. Photocopies of the business licenses of the head office and its branches (with the official seal affixed)

   2. Photocopy of the bidder’s tax registration certificate (with official seal affixed)

   3. A copy of the business license for insurance operations of the branch institution (with the official seal affixed)

   4. Letter of Authorization for the Head of the Branch Office and Original Identity Card of the Authorized Representative (Form 4)

(9) Deadline for Tender Submission: 2025 year Bids received after the deadline or not in compliance with the stipulated requirements will not be accepted as of 17:00 on January 13.

(10) Bid Opening Time: 2025 year January 1 4 Morning of the day 10:00 (tentative) ) 。
