2025 Tender Documents for Verification, Calibration, and Testing Services of Measuring Instruments The tendering rules and precautions are as follows:

1. Key contents of the bid evaluation rules:

( 1) The tender prices shall be effective as of January 1, 2025;

( 2) The Supplier’s quotation is an annual quote for each individual item and shall not be adjusted thereafter; settlement shall be based on the actual quantities incurred.

2. The supplier’s bidding considerations include:

( 1) This tender is the sole channel for determining the prices of metrological instrument verification, calibration, and testing services for 2025.

( 2) Upon completion of the bid evaluation, the expert panel shall determine the allocation and issue the evaluation results in a unified manner.

( 3) When each supplier submits a quotation Do not rearrange the order of the quotation table, and do not delete any other content in the quotation table. 。

3. Requirements for Submission of Materials

( 1) Deadline: 2025 3 month 25 day 12： 00 is the deadline for submitting paper-based materials. No bids will be accepted after the deadline; such submissions will be deemed withdrawn. 。

( 3) Formatting Requirements: Materials shall be printed on A4 paper in one original copy, affixed with the official seal of the submitting entity, and sealed in a sealed envelope. The cover of the sealed envelope shall clearly indicate the full name of the supplier and bear the official seal of the submitting entity across the seam.

( 4) Content Requirements ( The following materials are all required. ):

① Quotation Sheet (see Attachment 1);

② Power of Attorney for Signing the Bid Document (see Appendix 2);

③ Photocopy of the legal representative’s identity card;

④ A photocopy of the authorized person’s identity card;

⑤ Copies of the business license, bank account opening permit, and certificates of qualification for verification, calibration, and testing of measuring instruments, as well as other relevant qualification certificates.

5 . Service Requirements

( 1 ) Service Requirements: Sign an Annual Service Contract /Agreement to perform verification, calibration, or testing of our company’s measuring instruments and to issue certificates/reports in accordance with the requirements of relevant procedures, standards, and other technical documentation.

( 2 ) Payment terms: Based on the quarterly verification, calibration, or testing of measuring instruments, payment shall be made in cash upon receipt of the invoice in the following month, or as otherwise agreed. China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. the relevant requirements.

( 3 ) Other business requirements: Implementation China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. the relevant requirements in the procurement agreement or procurement contract.

6. Requirements for Responsibilities and Obligations:

All suppliers participating in the tender shall undertake commitments regarding technical confidentiality, service pricing, and service quality with respect to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. In particular, the winning bidder shall be subject to penalties—including, but not limited to, deductions from service fees and fines—if any breach of technical confidentiality, failure to meet service quality standards, or other issues arise that adversely affect the Company’s normal production and business operations or its economic performance.

7 . This tender is conducted by The Procurement Department of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. may conduct another tender in accordance with the tendering circumstances, and the supplier shall accept the final tender results announced by the Procurement Department as the winning bid price.

8 The Procurement Department of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation of this Implementation Plan.
