The company has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit.

From June 20 to 21, the Guangxi Branch of the China Quality Certification Center conducted a surveillance audit of our company’s ISO 9001 quality management system. The audit covered 11 departments across the company, with auditors conducting assessments through on-site observation, review of documentation and records, and interviews, among other methods. The audit also examined the formulation and planning of the company’s quality policy and objectives within the framework of the quality management system.

 

This surveillance audit covered multiple areas of the company’s operations, including the design and development process, the product manufacturing process, human resource management, marketing and contract management, and other related processes. Over the course of the two-day audit, the experts commended our company for having established and implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, characterized by procedural and standardized management; for conducting internal audits, process audits, product audits, and quality assessments to drive continuous quality improvement; for achieving a reduction in the six-month after-sales repair rate and an increase in customer satisfaction; for effective control through process flow cards; and for robust quality control of critical processes. At the same time, the auditors identified areas requiring improvement. In conclusion, the Guangxi Branch of the China Quality Certification Center determined that Liuzhou Yunli Company of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group’s quality management system continues to meet the requirements of the audit criteria, that the system remains effectively operational, and that the surveillance audit is hereby passed.
