Registered Address: No. 12, Leye Road, Xinxing Industrial Park, Liujiang District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 6. Scope of Business: Manufacturing and sales of special-purpose vehicles and automotive parts; manufacturing, sales, and service of snow-removal equipment; manufacturing, sales, and service of mechanical equipment; sales of commercial vehicles; import and export business (excluding goods whose import or export is restricted or prohibited by the state); general road freight transportation; repair and maintenance of motor vehicles; Class II motor vehicle repair services (for large and medium-sized vehicles); lubricant sales; technical consulting; leasing of factory buildings, warehouses, and land; warehousing services (excluding flammable, explosive, and hazardous chemicals). Company Profile SINOTRUK Liuzhou Yunli is a specialized manufacturer of special-purpose vehicles and automotive parts, and is the largest heavy-truck special-vehicle producer in Southwest China. It serves as the Southern Special-Vehicle Production Base of the SINOTRUK Group and acts as a strategic hub for the Group’s export operations in ASEAN. The company’s main products are various “Yunli”-branded special-purpose vehicles and specialized equipment, including five major product lines: tank trucks, dump trucks, sanitation vehicles, agricultural and pastoral vehicles, and snow-removal vehicles. Since joining the SINOTRUK Group, the company has entered a phase of rapid development, earning the title of “Civilized Unit of the Autonomous Region,” successfully obtaining the designation of “National High-Tech Enterprise,” and establishing the “Yunli” brand as a well-known trademark in Guangxi. Adhering to the core value of “Customer satisfaction is our mission,” the company strives to become a renowned brand-name special-vehicle manufacturer that is internationally competitive, nationally recognized, and the leading player in its region, thereby making positive contributions to the development of the automotive industry. III. Major Events in 2021 1. In March 2021, the legal representative of Liuzhou Yunli Company was changed from Xu Xiangyang to Wang Dechun; there were also changes in the board of directors, with Xu Xiangyang being removed from his position as chairman and Wang Dechun appointed as chairman, and Chi Lei being removed from his position as director and Song Jinjin appointed as director. Following these changes, the board members became: Wang Dechun (Chairman), Song Jinjin, Li Yalu, Zeng Qinghua, and Tang Yilin. 2. In July 2021, there were further changes in the board of directors, with Zeng Qinghua being removed from his position as director and Zeng Jun appointed as director. After this change, the board members became: Wang Dechun (Chairman), Song Jinjin, Li Yalu, Tang Yilin, and Zeng Jun. 3.
