In accordance with GB 18564.1-2019 “Road Transport of Liquid Dangerous Goods—Tank Vehicles—Part 1: Technical Requirements for Atmospheric Metal Tanks,” and in order to ensure that our company’s atmospheric hazardous chemical tank trucks comply with national regulatory requirements, we are now inviting bids for the factory inspection of such vehicles. 6. Bidders participating in the tender must carefully read the Instructions to Bidders and all other contents of the Tender Documents to avoid any errors.
7. Time and method for obtaining the tender documents: From the date of publication of this announcement until the opening of bids, the contact person for inquiries shall obtain the tender documents.
8. Submission of Bidding Documents
8.1 Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 noon on February 11, 2026, together with a bid bond of RMB 5,000. The bid bond shall be remitted from the bidder’s primary bank account to the following account, with the remark “Bid Bond for the Factory Inspection Project of Atmospheric-Pressure Hazardous Chemical Tank Trucks” clearly indicated on the remittance slip. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the bidder is unsuccessful, the full amount of the bid bond will be refunded without interest via the original payment channel. If the bidder is successful, the bid bond will not be refunded but will automatically be converted into a performance bond, which will be returned upon termination of the contract and expiration of the after-sales service period, provided that quality assessments have been completed and any claims have been settled.
