At present, with the further strengthening of the management of over limit and overloaded vehicles in various parts of the country, the demand for lightweight vehicles in the domestic market is increasing. In order to meet the needs of the domestic market and expand the domestic market, Liuzhou transportation has developed a new lightweight 35 and 36 cubic meters cement semi-trailer.
The new lightweight cement semi-trailer adopts lightweight components such as lightweight axle and suspension, and the tank body and support are all made of high-strength plates. Through the trial production of the sample vehicle, the welding process of the thin plate is adjusted to improve the weld quality, effectively control the deformation of the thin plate welding, and the appearance quality is also guaranteed. The unloading pipeline is designed with a large pipeline, which can realize light weight and improve the unloading speed of the cement semi-trailer. In order to reduce the weight of the vehicle body, we started on the selection of materials and studied the alternative scheme of using different materials to reduce the weight. The light weight of our new cement semi-trailer has taken a further step forward.
