Powder and Granular Material Transport Vehicle
Our powdered-material transport vehicle series is one of our flagship product lines and has been recognized as a Guangxi Provincial Brand Product. The lineup includes both single-truck and semi-trailer configurations. The tank body is fabricated from high-strength steel plates, offering a lightweight yet robust construction. An optimized fluidized-bed design and highly efficient discharge piping, coupled with a high-performance air compressor, ensure short discharge times, low residual material rates, and exceptional operational efficiency, significantly reducing overall unloading duration.
The Yunli brand aluminum-alloy tank transport vehicle features high-quality magnesium-aluminum alloy panels, optional air suspension and aluminum alloy wheels, as well as European-standard fuel-loading/unloading and vapor recovery systems. It boasts a light curb weight, environmental friendliness, safety, energy efficiency, and high operational efficiency.
The entire vehicle incorporates a three-dimensional structural design and finite-element analysis for optimized structural performance, ensuring the most rational structural configuration. The tank body is entirely welded using automated welding processes to maximize weld stability. An all-imported Fronius welding system is employed, with 99.99% high-purity argon used as the shielding gas and imported Canadian Indco aluminum welding wire. A single-sided, double-sided forming tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process is utilized, achieving a non-destructive testing pass rate of over 99%. Furthermore, the complete vehicle has successfully obtained ADR certification—the world’s most stringent standard for the transport of dangerous goods in Europe.
