In order to enhance the quality of our organization’s products and strengthen our competitive edge, and in accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations, our organization has decided to conduct a tender for a quality certification service provider. We seek to select a qualified, high-quality, and reputable certification company to provide quality certification services for our organization. 4. Project Scope: Comprehensive consulting services, including: conducting surveys and assessments, preparing documentation, providing guidance on the operation of the management system, overseeing the implementation of internal audits and driving corrective actions, assisting with certification application, and providing guidance on post-audit corrective measures until certification is obtained.
5. Project Duration: From the date of contract signing to August 2028
6. Project Requirements:
1) Complete the recertification audit for the ISO 9001 quality management system by August 31, 2026; complete the surveillance audit for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system by August 31, 2027; and complete the re-certification audit for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system by August 31, 2028 (including five internal auditor training services).
2) A preliminary review of the system documentation will be conducted in May 2026.

10. Submission of Bidding Documents
10.1 Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 noon on March 26, 2026, together with a bid bond of RMB 5,000. The bid bond shall be remitted from the bidder’s primary bank account to the following account, with the remark “Bid Bond for ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification Services for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Liuzhou Yunli Special-Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.” on the remittance slip. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the bidder is unsuccessful, the bid bond will be refunded in full, without interest, via the original payment channel. Upon the bidder’s successful award of the contract, the bid bond will no longer be refunded and will automatically be converted into a performance bond, which will be returned upon termination of the contract and expiration of the after-sales service period, provided that quality assessments have been completed and any claims have been settled.
