The meeting noted that in 2025, Party organizations at all levels of the Group deepened efforts to promote integrity and clean governance and to combat corruption, achieving remarkable results across the board. Political awareness in upholding the “two safeguards” was further strengthened, the political foundation for implementing the “two responsibilities” was further consolidated, the effectiveness of efforts to foster a sound work style, enforce strict discipline, and fight corruption was more pronounced, and the political environment conducive to getting things done and starting businesses became cleaner and healthier. Meanwhile, the Group’s total revenue reached a new record high, continuing to maintain a strong momentum of high-quality development. As 2026 marks the inaugural year of the Group’s 15th Five-Year Plan, Party organizations at all levels must elevate their strategic perspective and focus their efforts with precision, advancing comprehensive and rigorous Party self-governance and the fight against corruption to even higher standards and through more concrete measures. Integrity and clean governance must be integrated into every aspect and stage of the Group’s development, thereby providing robust institutional guarantees for the full realization of the objectives and tasks set forth in the 15th Five-Year Plan.
The meeting emphasized the need to strengthen political development, thoroughly implement and enforce responsibilities for Party governance and self-governance, take Party political development as the overarching principle, continuously deepen theoretical education, and consolidate the ideological foundation. It also stressed the importance of strengthening disciplinary inspection and supervision, constantly enhancing the effectiveness of political oversight, improving mechanisms for making political oversight more concrete, precise, and routine, and continually elevating the quality and effectiveness of proactive and preemptive oversight. Furthermore, the meeting underscored the need to reinforce conduct-building, sustain a clean and upright environment, maintain an unwavering high-pressure stance against corruption, and advance the integrated efforts to promote sound conduct, enforce strict discipline, and combat corruption in greater depth. Finally, it highlighted the necessity of strengthening cadre management, resolutely upholding the bottom line of integrity and incorruptibility, and ensuring that work on building a clean and honest Party style and combating corruption is carried out in a thorough, practical, and effective manner.
The meeting called on Party organizations at all levels within the Group to more resolutely shoulder their primary responsibility for exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance, to unequivocally support disciplinary inspection and supervision bodies in performing their oversight duties in accordance with regulations, disciplines, and laws, and to provide robust guarantees for the smooth conduct of disciplinary inspection work.
