Shandong Heavy Industry Group Party Committee Holds a Special Seminar on Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee

To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and in accordance with the work arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Shandong Heavy Industry Group recently held a special seminar on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee and Director, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech, while Hu Haihua, Member of the Group’s Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, attended the closing ceremony.

The seminar was closely aligned with the core tasks of “thoroughly studying and comprehending the spirit of the plenary session, scientifically planning development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and strengthening the exemplary and leading role of leading cadres.” It adopted a combined approach of self-study, viewing specialized courses, centralized study sessions, and exchange discussions, resulting in a well-defined theme, rich content, in-depth deliberation, and a strong academic atmosphere.

During the seminar, all participants rigorously adhered to the requirements of studying the original texts word for word, integrating theory with practice, and applying learning to real-world situations. They deeply studied and thoroughly understood General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the session, effectively translating their learning outcomes into concrete ideas and measures for addressing the challenges hindering development. Eight student representatives delivered exchange speeches at the seminar.

The trainees unanimously stated that, through this systematic and in-depth study, they have gained a more thorough and precise understanding of the essential spirit and practical requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches, as well as a clearer and deeper grasp of the guiding principles, main objectives, and key tasks for economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Moving forward, they will steadfastly take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as their guide, fully implement the arrangements and requirements set forth at the Central Economic Work Conference and the Tenth Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Party Committee, and, under the strong leadership of the Group Party Committee, remain committed to their respective posts, take proactive action, and contribute to the Group’s high-quality development.

This specialized seminar was held in two sessions, with the participation of more than 80 individuals, including mid-level deputy managers and section-level leading cadres from the Group headquarters, directors and above from Weichai and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, as well as members of the leadership teams of other affiliated companies.
