On the morning of February 23, Cui Jun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Liuzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Liuzhou, led a delegation to Liuzhou Yunli Company of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group for an inspection and guidance visit. Tang Yilin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, along with other members of the leadership team, attended the symposium held during the visit.

At the meeting, Tang Yilin, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, briefed Cui Jun and his delegation on the company’s production and business operations, with a particular focus on Liuzhou Yunli’s snow-clearing vehicles, which delivered outstanding performance at the Beijing Winter Olympics. He also outlined the issues that the company needs the government to help coordinate and resolve as it continues to develop. Subsequently, leaders from the Liuzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Urban Management Enforcement Bureau, and the Liujiang District Government provided information and explanations on relevant policies designed to support enterprise development, with the aim of promoting high-quality growth for the company.

Finally, Vice Mayor Cui Jun commended the company for its achievements despite numerous challenges, including the impact of the pandemic, a sharp rise in raw-material prices, power restrictions on production, and the implementation of China VI emission standards. He emphasized that Liuzhou Yunli Company of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group should adopt a medium- to long-term development strategy, bolster its confidence, intensify independent innovation, prioritize scientific and technological research and development, increase investment in equipment, and leverage technological advancement as a powerful driver of corporate growth. He also stated that the municipal government will continue to provide robust support to the company, proactively assist it in overcoming obstacles encountered during development, and work in close collaboration with the company to promote the high-quality development of Liuzhou’s automotive industry.
